Quality Assurance…5 steps to a successful outcome

At Silvercube we have successful systems in place, which enable us to identify and address the needs of our clients. We will design and deliver a tailor made package which you can be entirely confident in.

Step 1 - First Meeting (3 hours)

The purpose of this meeting is for us to decipher your needs and objectives. We need to gain a strong understanding of your team and develop an accurate insight into the culture of your organization.

Based on this information we will propose the product that is best for you or design a bespoke programme specifically tailored to your needs. This will include;

• Your key objectives as discussed
• An outline of the course structure
• Scripts, briefs, workshops and scenarios (where applicable)
• CV’s of actors (including reserves) who have the appropriate experience and skills for the project

The design will be emailed to you within ten working days.
